Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Tracked courier delivery to your street address, building, apartment, city and postal code. A signature may be requested for orders above £60.

Pickup point

Collect at a partner pickup point or parcel locker near you. The parcel is held for 7 days before it is returned to us.

Order processing

Orders placed before 14:00 (2:00 PM) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You receive a confirmation email with the order number as soon as the order is placed.

Each pair of spectacles is placed inside a protective micro-weave pouch, secured within a rigid hard-shell optical case, and enclosed in a shock-absorbent multi-layer cardboard dispatch box surrounded by recycled cushioning material to prevent alignment distortion or lens abrasion during transit.

Tracking your parcel

Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing a unique consignment tracking number is sent via email and SMS, allowing real-time parcel monitoring across the United Kingdom network.

Lost or delayed parcel

If the tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We open a trace with the courier and either resend the order or refund it in full, your choice, within 10 business days of the claim.

Damaged on arrival

Inspect the optical packaging immediately upon receipt. If structural box crushing or frame damage is visible, record photographic evidence within 48 hours and contact customer support to receive an immediate replacement dispatch or return label.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier when the parcel is handed over. No prepayment is required.

Bank transfer

Pay to our company account; the details are shown after checkout and in the confirmation email. The order ships once the payment arrives, usually within one business day.

We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never ask for card or online-banking details by email or phone.

Delivery outside United Kingdom

We ship to selected countries. Costs and timeframes for each destination are shown at checkout before payment. Import duties, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.
