Orders placed before the daily cut-off leave the same business day, packed and handed to an insured courier with a tracking number.

How do I select the right optical power for reading?
Our frames feature non-prescription optical lenses for digital screens, so no dioptre selection is needed. If you are between strengths or uncertain, refer to your latest optician assessment or test with standard book print held at thirty-five centimetres.
What delivery options and dispatch times do you offer?
All orders placed before 14:00 on business days are dispatched that afternoon via tracked delivery across the United Kingdom. Delivery typically takes two to three working days. You will receive an SMS and email notification with your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop.
What payment methods can I use on this store?
We accept cash on delivery so you can settle with the courier upon parcel arrival, or you can choose a direct bank transfer during checkout. Full transfer instructions appear on your final order confirmation screen.
